Low Overhead Means Lower Prices!

You got that right. You don't need a 34 million dollar facility to get a good deal on a car these days. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Surprised? I didn't think so. Imagine the mortgage payment! Well, so you don't have to imagine, it's right around $100,000 a month, and that's not counting interest. It doesn't take an accountant to say that's a lot of overhead.

Here at LeSueur's, we own our land and buildings outright. Sure, it may not be the prettiest of places, but our low overhead means lower prices than anyone else can muster. Don't be fooled by expensive ad campaigns on television or crazy promotions blaring over your radio. Those kinds of advertisement don't come cheap, and that adds more overhead to that hefty mortgage payment.

Another great thing about LeSueur's is, not only do we own our buildings and property, we also own all of our vehicles outright. That means there is no interest paid by us, meaning lower overhead. And you already know what low overhead means, don't you?

At 35 years in the same location, we've got to be doing something right. We have helped thousands of people find cars they love, and at great prices all along. You won't find any "dealer ad-ons" here, like the infamous "thousand-dollar window tint," and you'll be paying the lowest tax in Phoenix.
