Come and See the Difference, but Come Before We Close, Please

While I love to sell cars, few things are worse than watching a few customers roll in just moments after we've closed. It can be frustrating even a few minutes before closing. Sometimes I think people have the idea that buying a car is as simple as swiping a credit card. We are very fast, compared to most places, but not that fast. Other times I have the feeling that people just hate us (car sales people) and wish to enact their own form of vengeance upon us by showing up at the close of business.

Might I offer a suggestion to people wanting to pay us a visit. Our sales guys get hounded all day long. By the end of the day, the average guy has been hung up on 7 times, completely ignored by customers on the lot 3 times, and had their mother insulted 38 times (figures may vary). The point is, by the end of the day, we get grumpy and grouchy. We want to go home. We want to give up and never come back. Being outside in the heat singes our fuses down to the point of combustion, and dealing with people who often want to steal our cars (by offering a price WAY too low) doesn't help either.

On to the suggestion: come and buy a car in the morning. Make our day a bright and happy one, and catch us when we're slow and groggy. We'll be much more upbeat, energetic, and friendly. However, wait until closing time, and I can't place a "Guarantee" sticker on that one.

Remember, we're just like you. We're not some wishy-washy, slick haired, gold totin' scum bags. Sure, they're out there, but we hate them just as much as you do, if not more! It's those cheating liars that give us a bad name, which in turn make us have bad days. It's all their fault.

Anyway, come down and see us, just not after closing. By that time we just simply can't stand being around each other anymore, and you might not enjoy watching us engage in epic battle, a family civil war (not actually, but it would be neat, right?). We are open Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 6:00pm, but we stay an extra hour from Tuesday through Thursday. On Saturdays we sleep in a little, and come to work from 9:30am to 5:00 pm.

We hope to see you sometime between open and close. Thanks for reading!
-Ryan
